Once you have logged in you will be presented with the following screen. You may have more or less options depending on the number of sites we have setup at the time of you using the app.

Please touch the site you wish to use. You will then be presented with the following screen. Styling may be slightly different depending on the site you have selected.

This screen will stay loading for a few seconds. Once it has finished loading you will be presented with the fire register.

The top of the screen will show you the location of the register currently displayed along with a back button to return to the main menu. Below this are two KPI cards. One showing the number of people currently at the selected location, and one showing the number of located people (ticked in the register). Below this is the register itself.

The register is made up of a table with the following columns:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • located

The located column is a checkbox. Ticking this will mark the person as located. This will also update the located KPI card at the top of the screen. The register has ordered people by their last name.

At the bottom of the register is a button to generate a PDF report of the register. When clicking the Generate PDF button you will be asked to enter your name. The app will then generate the PDF and open the share menu. The PDF should then be sent to the STEQ department.

Below the register is a form to add a new person to the register should there be anyone missing from it. This should be a very rare case. Please enter the persons first name and last name in the relevant form fields and then click Add Person. The person will then be added to the register, again in alphabetical order by last name, and the KPI cards updated. You will then need to tick the located checkbox for the person.

Refreshing the Register

If you have opened the app and the register was already visible to you, as in it did not load at any point, then it has cached from the last time you opened the app. This means you do not have the latest version of the register. At the top of the register is a refresh button (two circling arrows). Clicking this will refresh the register and get the latest version from the server.

It is imperative that you click the refresh button each time you start a register to ensure you have the latest version.
